The last few months have been pretty hectic at IceBlue – but this hasn’t fazed us and our work just keeps getting bigger and better!
Of the variety of exciting projects we have been working on includes a number of jobs for Bevan, the UK’s leading supplier of commercial vehicles.
Aftercare Response One Page Site
As a part of their range of services, Bevan offers Aftercare Response, an aftercare service that provides servicing, maintenance, roadside response and professional repairs in 90 minutes or less to keep commercial vehicle operators on the road if they break down.
In the last few years, Aftercare Response has gone from strength to strength and has become an integral part of Bevan, attending to over 3,300 repairs last month alone. We were therefore asked to create a separate platform in the form of an interactive, one page website for Aftercare Response.
This proved to be a great opportunity for enhancing our skills as Colette, IceBlue’s Graphic Designer, undertook training and began to build the site using Adobe Muse, Adobe’s latest state-of-the-art software that allows designers to create complete websites without having to write any code.
Through working closely alongside the Bevan team, the end result was an informative, innovative and visual appealing website with distinct branding that retains the core Bevan Group value of high level customer service, whilst showing how Aftercare Response can cater to any vehicle of any manufacturer. The Bevan App
Why stop here? We took Bevan Group one step further by designing and developing a Bevan app. The main purpose of the app was for the Bevan sales team to be able to demonstrate their innovations, including schematics, product descriptions and videos, to any of their customers on a smartphone or tablet at meetings or events.
Commercial Vehicle Show 2015
We have also been working on a series of email campaigns and Facebook posts to promote Aftercare Response’s appearance at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2015, Britain’s largest and most comprehensive road freight transport event.
Taking place from 14 to 16 April at NEC Birmingham, Aftercare Response was one of hundreds of businesses exhibiting, and our email campaigns made people aware of what they could expect from the show, whilst our Facebook posts gave regular updates throughout the three days.
It has been great working with Bevan over the last few weeks, both the one page site and the app have been fantastic opportunities for IceBlue to develop its skills and show how creativity, learning and teamwork can deliver exciting results for a business. Our work for the CV Show helped illustrate the importance of good PR and usage of social media to engage with your target audience.
